1) Bookings & Confirmation

• All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only after you receive a booking confirmation from Theory Travel (via email, WhatsApp, or our website system).
• You are responsible for providing accurate details (guest names, dates, contact information, hotel/pickup location, and special requests). Incorrect information may affect service delivery.

2) Prices & Payments

• Prices are shown on our website or shared through our official communication channels and may vary by season, availability, and operational requirements.
• Full payment is required unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
• If a deposit or partial payment is accepted, the remaining balance must be paid by the deadline communicated in your confirmation.

3) Health, Safety & Participation Requirements

• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by guides, drivers, operators, or staff.
• You must disclose any medical conditions, mobility limitations, pregnancy, or other factors that may affect safe participation.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation (or require adjustments) if safety may be compromised for you or others.

4) Pickups, Timing & No-Show Policy

• Pickup times can vary based on route planning, hotel location, and operational conditions. We will share the estimated pickup time and confirm updates if needed.
• If you miss pickup, arrive late, or cannot be reached at the contact details provided, it may be treated as a no-show and may be non-refundable, depending on the supplier policy.

5) Changes, Cancellations & Force Majeure

• Theory Travel may modify, reschedule, or cancel Services due to operational needs or unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, safety concerns, supplier restrictions, or government regulations.
• If a Service is cancelled by the operator for safety reasons (for example, weather-related cancellations), we will offer rescheduling or refund options in line with the applicable policy and supplier rules.
• “Force majeure” events (including extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, public health emergencies, or official restrictions) may limit or prevent performance of Services.

6) Liability & Assumption of Risk

• Travel and outdoor activities involve inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Theory Travel is not liable for personal injury, loss, theft, delay, or damage occurring during any Service, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
• Where third-party operators provide part of the Service (e.g., balloon operators, activity providers), their safety rules and conditions also apply.

7) Third-Party Providers

• Some Services are delivered by licensed third-party operators. Theory Travel acts as a booking and service facilitator and will assist with coordination and support.
• Operator decisions regarding route, timing, participation, or safety are final when required for safe operations.

8) Photos, Content & Reviews

• Unless you object in writing, you grant Theory Travel permission to use non-sensitive photos/videos taken during activities for promotional purposes. You may request removal at any time.
• Any website content, branding, and materials are protected and may not be copied or used without permission.

9) Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website and booking, you consent to the handling of data necessary to deliver Services.

10) Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations in the country of operation. Where required, disputes will be handled by the competent authorities and courts.
